1) To shift fast out of inner ruminations and negative thoughts, into present-moment clarity and power, first turn your full attention to the sensation of the air flowing in and out of your nose. This is so seemingly simple - yet so powerful!
2) Also expand your awareness to include the movements in your chest and belly as you breathe. Become aware of your head, your chest, and the power down in your torso - regain your own physical presence.
3) Also be aware of the feelings in your heart. Shift from being heartless to being tuned into your emotions, and wake up your latent power of empathy and team spirit.
