Week 3: INTRODUCTION

Week Three is the final week of training in the TAKE CHARGE OF YOUR MIND program. In the first two weeks you've learned a great deal about how to manage your thoughts, attitudes and moods so that you can function optimally wherever you point your power of attention at work. Now it's time to apply what you've learned in order to boost your creativity and creative problem-solving, plus consciously encourage the quality of wisdom in your decision-making, and finally to nurture your own inner integrity in all that you do at work.

THE SPIRAL METHOD: There are seven steps to the TAKE CHARGE OF YOUR MIND process that you learn in weeks two and three. The final training you receive (the Spiral Method) will be a full day spent learning how to integrate these seven dimensions of consciousness into a quick effective method that you can move through in just a few minute at work - and then expand that method into a daily at-home meditation that takes you even deeper into developing your core business skills.

Then to end this week three of training, there will be a general review of what you've learned - you'll want to return to this, and to the Spiral Method, often until you fully master the Wake Up and Take Charge methods!
